Gaining Partners of the Future during COSMOPROF 2018 in Hong Kong
It’s that time again where Sage Pharmaceuticals attends the biggest exhibition in Asia, the 23rd COSMOPROF Exhibition held from November 13-15 in Hong Kong. The difference with this year and the past few years of COSMOPROF Exhibitions is the effort and time the team spent on discussing for the designs, posters, brochures, and flyers especially for this 3-day exhibition. Years of experience allowed us to learn how to properly change the working atmosphere in the company, handle difference potential clients, and enable the company to achieve the best reputation on the international stage through COSMOPROF. The three-day exhibition was very fulfilling. Every SAGE member showed their enthusiasm in explaining the products to attract buyers from all over the world. Via thorough communication, they were able to understand the needs and preferences of different regions and countries regarding skin care products. SAGE members successfully became friends with different representatives, and would become their best advocates for them to have a consistent communication, not only within those 3 days but even after going back to their respective countries as well. Many related industries had come to discuss cooperation and other related matters.
For the past few years of participating this exhibition, Sage noticed that due to the large size of the booth, buyers from all sides would often transfer to another booth right after taking flyers from our booth. This year, Sage installed a large television screen, placing few monitors on the top of the light boxes, and broadcasted treatment videos in front so crowds could gather around our booth, simultaneously using Biojet device’s sound to attract more buyers. This strategy proved to be successful throughout the exhibition. Through excessive contact with clients every year, Sage members’ observation ability improved quite a lot and now they can understand the people coming in and out better. The number of participants in this year's exhibition was significantly lower than that of last year, however, it didn’t hinder the popularity of Sage Pharmaceuticals’ booth and still, customers were keep rushing inside. With this, a lot of buyers have been brought together and are willing to place orders.
This is not the end of the year 2018, we are still evolving. Sage will continue to expand into new markets! Can’t wait for the next year! Go, Sage Pharmaceuticals!
